Dear Ken and Staff,

Thank you so much for taking care of my special cat "Barney" last week. It helps to know there are special people like you who are kind and sensitive and genuinely care about pets and their people. Dear Ken,

Just wanted to drop you a line and thank you for your kindness during a very hard time for us. Our lives were completely wrapped around our parrot Murdoc. He ran freely in our apartment, he owned the kitchen table and 3 chairs. We miss the clicking noises of him running across the hard floor, we miss his excitement at dinner time, miss him sitting proudly on our shoulder preening himself. We know he loved us. When he was struck with his illness we were devestated. Putting Murdoc down was the hardest thing we've ever done. We held him and told him we loved him till his last breadth. His journey wasn't over, we needed your help for closure.

Ken, you are so good at what you do. Thanks for being there.
